Get Some Fresh Air

There’s nothing worse than starting Monday with a million things-to-do floating around your head, and avoiding this can seem impossible. After all, you likely do have a million things to do. However, creating a to-do list on Sunday will prepare you for all the tasks to come. This also allows you to prioritize and organize your thoughts, so you don’t feel so bombarded come Monday.
Meal Plan Mindfulness
What you put into your body is a huge contributor to how you feel. And since you’ll likely be pressing snooze come Monday morning (tsk tsk) and rushing for vending machines come mid-day because you didn’t have time to make a lunch, Mondays can quickly feel quite unbearable. So, set aside some time to meal plan. Choose healthy snacks and mindful meals that will fuel your mind, body and spirit, instead of fuelling the fire of Monday.

So, shut it down and unplug for at least an hour on Sunday and just be in the moment.
